What to do in case you're unable to upload your video through our system

In case your video hasn’t been processed correctly by our system, please follow the exact guidelines:

For Desktop tests:

When there’s an issue with our screen recorder, our system will allow you to download the video so you can save the file locally and reupload through MEGA.

1. Download the video to your computer
2. Use this link to access the uploader

1. Once the video has been uploaded, copy the Upload ID:

1. Share it with the Conversion Crimes Support team through the support chat stating the website you tested.

1. We will fix the link for you and your test will be watched by our team!
